Virtual Health Check-in is our pharmacist-led Prime Care online advisory service, guiding you toward optimum health. We provide advice on health, medicines and a healthy lifestyle.
While many view health as merely the absence of sickness, we believe true health is where you function at your best in your environment. Our service moves beyond the minimum to focus on prevention, optimisation, and performance. Through our advice, ideas, and solutions, we help you gain, maintain, and elevate your health. We also address non-urgent concerns related to your health, medicines, and lifestyle—including diet, sleep, weight, stress, anxiety, and pain.
Delivered as a 45–50 minute virtual consultation (via Proton Meet Video call), this service embodies our Prime Care principle: an unwavering commitment to acting in your best interests, prioritising your wellbeing as the paramount consideration.
Please note: We do not medically diagnose, treat, prescribe, dispense medications or provide emergency care.

Harsha is a registered pharmacist (AHPRA) and healthcare practitioner with over 30 years experience.
Harsha has worked as a Clinical Pharmacist (Sutherland and John Hunter Hospitals), as an Education and Quality Use of Medicines Officer (National Prescribing Service), as a Medicines Educator for international pharmaceutical/biotech companies as well as a Pharmacist in Charge for several Community Pharmacies. Harsha holds a degree in pharmacy from the University of Sydney.
