To this end, we collect minimal information to begin with. We use, securely store and transmit such information via secure connections when providing goods or services to you. Please read below how we and our providers use and handle your information.

 

Why do we collect information? 

In this age of digital information, we need to collect, use, store and transmit information to provide goods and services efficiently. This includes communicating electronically and verbally with our clients and providers to provide a positive experience, secure appointments, fulfill goods or services, ensure payments are up to date and resolve any conflict if it arises. We also collect required information to comply with Australian state and federals laws and regulations.

What type of information do we collect and how do we collect it?

We receive, collect, store and use any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. Such information includes personal information such as your name, address, phone number etc. In addition, our providers (WIX, PayPalAmazon, Square, ProtonWhereby, Telstra) and us may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your e-mail address, your location, your device information and other connection and statistical information. Other information collected as aggregated statistical data may include web session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, Geo location and methods used to browse away from the page. For financial transactions, WIX, PayPal, Amazon and Square may collect personally identifiable information (including name, email address, payment details (including credit card information) and any other information that is required or as volunteered.

How do we store, use, transmit, share and disclose information?

We use WIX who provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote and sell our products and services to you. We are also use PayPal, Square, Amazon, and WIX for secure financial transactions. We store data in Proton secure, encrypted servers (for the highest levels of privacy) and transmit/receive this data via secure connections. We use end to end encrypted email for written communication (when clients also use Proton mail) and Proton Meet (or Whereby) for secure audio and video communication. As such, your data may be stored in our providers' data storage units, databases and their general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind firewalls. All direct payment gateways offered by our providers is in a manner to ensure the secure handling of credit/debit card information.

Use of Cookies

  • We use cookies on this website to enhance user experience and analyse site traffic. Cookies are used by WIX (our website partner), Google and other installed third party apps as well as in custom or embedded code.

Secure Communication & Data Storage 

 

Platform Providers

Life Bliss Advisory utilises the Proton Suite (Proton AG) for all electronic communications, including email correspondence, file sharing, and document storage. Proton is a Swiss-based provider renowned for its zero-access encryption architecture, ensuring that client data remains private and inaccessible to third parties, including Proton itself.

End-to-End Encryption (Zero-Access)

All emails sent to and from lifebliss@proton.me and files stored on Proton Drive are protected by end-to-end encryption (E2EE).

  • Email: Messages are encrypted on the sender's device and can only be decrypted by the intended recipient. Even in the event of a server breach, the content of our communications remains unreadable.

  • Files: Documents, reports, and health records stored on Proton Drive are encrypted before leaving your device. We hold the encryption keys; therefore, no unauthorized party can access your files.

 

Jurisdiction & Legal Protections

Proton is headquartered in Switzerland, a jurisdiction with some of the world's strictest privacy laws (Swiss Federal Data Protection Act). Switzerland is not a member of the EU but maintains adequacy decisions that ensure data protection standards equivalent to or exceeding the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the GDPR. This ensures your personal and health information is shielded from foreign surveillance and unauthorized access.

Data Minimization

We adhere to a strict data minimization policy. We only collect and store information necessary for your advisory care. Unlike standard email providers, Proton does not scan your emails for advertising purposes or build user profiles, ensuring your health data is never monetized.

Client Responsibility

While we utilise state-of-the-art encryption, clients are encouraged to:

  • Use strong, unique passwords for their own email accounts.

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on their devices.

  • Verify the sender's email address (lifebliss@proton.me) before clicking links or opening attachments to prevent phishing attempts.

  • Use Proton mail themselves for end-to-end encryption

Virtual Consultation Security

 

Virtual consultations are conducted via Proton Meet (with Whereby as a backup), utilising end-to-end encryption to ensure client confidentiality. All consultation data is stored securely in our encrypted Proton vaults in compliance with Australian Privacy Principles.

Platform Providers

Life Bliss Advisory utilises Proton Meet (Proton AG, Switzerland) as our secure video conferencing platform for virtual health check-ins and HSC Master Classes. Whereby (Whereby AS) serves as a backup connection in the unlikely event of technical difficulties. Proton Meet is a privacy-focused provider headquartered in Switzerland, certified under ISO 27001 standards and compliant with Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and GDPR requirements. This ensures robust security controls for data confidentiality, integrity, and availability, with an additional layer of protection through Swiss privacy laws.

 

Encryption and Data Protection

All virtual consultations are conducted using end-to-end encryption (E2EE), which provides a higher level of security than standard encrypted connections. This ensures that only you and the Life Bliss Advisor can access the meeting content—no third party, including the platform provider, can decrypt or access your session data. Whereby (backup) uses industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.3 for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest). Neither platform stores meeting audio, video, or chat content by default. We have no need to record audio or video and we never do.

Cross-Border Data Transfer

Proton Meet hosts data primarily in Switzerland and the European Union. As Proton is fully compliant with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and GDPR, the level of data protection provided is considered comparable to or exceeding the standards required under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Whereby (backup) hosts data primarily in the European Union (Ireland) and the United States. As Whereby is also GDPR-compliant, the level of data protection remains consistent with APP requirements. By engaging in a virtual consultation, you consent to your personal information being transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions under these protective frameworks.

 

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the highest level of privacy, clients are responsible for joining consultations from a private, secure location where they cannot be overheard or observed by unauthorised persons. Life Bliss Advisory is not liable for privacy breaches resulting from the client's choice of location, network security, or device compromise.

 

No Recording Policy

Unless a specific arrangement for recording is made in advance and documented in your client file, no part of our virtual consultations will be recorded. Any notes taken by the advisor during the session are stored securely in accordance with our standard record-keeping policies and are not derived from the video feed itself.​​

Australian privacy law gives you a general right to access your personal information held by us, which also includes any health information. Requesting your personal information (for viewing, amending or deleting) is free, however, there may be a reasonable charge for providing you access for our time and resources used. Please feel free to contact us. YOUR CONSENT

By booking a consult or engaging with us (face-to-face, virtually, by phone, SMS, email, online, via website or any other way), you confirm AND unreservedly agree to the following:

 

Pre-Consultation

  • I am not experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency.

  • In an emergency, I will call Triple Zero (000) immediately—not wait for Life Bliss Advisory.

  • My identity and location information is accurate and current.

Scope of Services

  • Life Bliss Advisory provides pharmacist advice and recommendations as well as informational and educational guidance.

  • We do not formally diagnose, provide medical treatment, write prescriptions, dispense medication, or deliver emergency care.

  • If symptoms suggest an acute crisis, I may be referred to a GP, emergency department, or appropriate health service.

  • I consent to First Aid (including defibrillator use if required and available).

  • I am responsible for any emergency-related costs (e.g., ambulance fees).

  • Our services complement but do not replace advice from healthcare, legal, financial or other professionals.

Documentation & Privacy

As outlined in the Privacy policy:

  • I consent to collection of minimal personal information as required for consultation purposes.

  • I consent to my personal, health, and financial information being accessed, collected, used, stored, and transmitted to provide services and facilitate referrals to registered healthcare professionals.

  • I consent to the use of platforms including WIX, Proton Suite, Whereby, PayPal, and Square Payments for these purposes.

  • I consent to Consultation notes being retained for 7 years in a secure, encrypted Proton vault (Australian Privacy Principles compliant).

  • Communications and records are protected via end-to-end encryption (Proton Suite).

  • All advice is documented as "Informational/Educational."

Professional Governance

  • Principal advisor Harsha De Silva holds active Pharmacist Registration (AHPRA) and Teacher Registration (NESA), with ongoing CPD.

  • Life Bliss Advisory operates independently with no commercial influence from pharmaceutical companies or external entities.

  • For basic health checks, I consent to personal observations, basic physical examinations, symptom gathering, history collection, and biometric information.

  • All information I provide is true and correct. If acting as a proxy, I have legal authority to consent on behalf of the client.

Use of Cookies

Final Agreement

  • I understand that my consent is indefinite and apply to all aspects of Life Bliss Advisory (e.g. personnel, goods or services) and my consent can only be revoked by written request to Life Bliss Advisory and then confirmed as received by us.

Terms Acceptance: By submitting a booking a consult, applying an electronic signature, or ticking the Consent & Disclaimer box, you agree to all terms, conditions, and methods of operation, which may change from time to time.

Professional Advice: Our Website and Consult content (including but not limited to: services, concepts, products, advice, ideas, solutions or the Five Fortunes concept), in part or in whole, should not replace consultation with qualified and competent professionals (healthcare, legal, financial or otherwise) or their advice or recommendations. Complaint Resolution: Clients must alert us to dissatisfaction within 14 days so we may resolve issues promptly. After 14 days, we will abide by Australian Consumer Law where applicable but disclaim liability for not having the opportunity to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.

  • Life Bliss Advisory provides health, wellbeing, and empowerment guidance. By engaging with us, you acknowledge our advice is based on information you provide and general principles.   • We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide binding legal/financial counsel.   • A full payment is required prior to all our virtual consults. If you fail to attend a virtual consult without letting us know (i.e. at least 24 hours before the booked consult time) you forfeit the full payment.

  • If for any reason we are unable to provide a booked consult, we will fully refund your prepayment (face to face consults) or full payment (virtual consults).  

  • Clients must alert us to any dissatisfaction within 14 days so we may resolve issues promptly. After 14 days, we will abide by Australian Consumer Law where applicable but disclaim liability for not having the opportunity to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
