Health Check-in is our Pharmacist-led, Prime Care advisory service on

Health, Medicines and Healthy Lifestyle, for elevated Physical Vitality.

While many view health as merely the absence of sickness, we believe that being healthy means functioning at your best in your environment. To achieve this level of elevated physical vitality, we focus on health, medicines and lifestyle.

Through our advice, ideas and solutions, we help you gain, maintain and elevate your physical vitality, optimise your medicines, and provide lifestyle guidance to manage weight, pain and other chronic health concerns.

Each Health Check-in is delivered as a 45 minute face-to-face consultation at the Wellness Centre Port Stephens. We recommend a Health Check-in consultation at least every 6 months.

A Health Check-in consultation is for health, medicines and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We also provide advice, ideas and solutions for non-urgent health concerns and medication related concerns.

1-on-1 Private consultation with a retreat style experience

Calm, unhurried 45 minutes dedicated entirely to you

Discussion of your specific health goals

Options for prevention, management, maintenance, or referral to specialists.

Prime Care Health Survey to assess your current status

Advice on gaining, maintaining, and elevating Physical Vitality

Analysis of medicines for interactions, accumulation, errors omissions

and optimisation opportunities

Your own up-to-date Medicines List

Trusted health, medicines and healthy lifestyle information.

AUD $220 (incl. GST)

We recommend a Health Check-in consultation at least every 6 months (This is around $ 1.21 per day). We also recommend a Health Check-in consultation following any medication changes.

Harsha is a registered pharmacist (AHPRA) and healthcare practitioner with over 32 years of experience spanning clinical, educational, and commercial settings. His diverse career includes roles as a Clinical Pharmacist at Sutherland and John Hunter Hospitals, Education and Quality Use of Medicines Officer at the National Prescribing Service, Medicines Educator for international pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and Pharmacist in Charge at multiple community pharmacies. This diverse background across hospital systems, health policy, industry, and frontline community care gives Harsha versatile expertise and deep practical knowledge as a Pharmacist Educator.
