To manage your consult bookings online, we recommend registering as a Member Client.

 

Member Clients can:

• Book a new consult

• Modify an existing booking

• Cancel a booked consult

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

• Changes or cancellations are NOT permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

• Refunds are only available for cancellations made 24+ hours before your booking.

• How to change or cancel a booking:

  • For Member Clients: Log into your account to make changes or cancellations directly.

  • For Non-Members: Please contact us via the Web Form (located on the About Us page) 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

NO-SHOW POLICY

• In-Person Consultations: If you fail to attend a booked face-to-face consultation without 24 hour prior notice, you then forfeit your prepayment.

• Virtual/Online Services: If you are unreachable or absent on the day and time of your appointment, you then forfeit the entire consultation fee.
