Touring Health Check-in is our Pharmacist-led, Prime Care advisory service on Health, Medicines and Healthy Lifestyle, for elevated Physical Vitality when visiting the Hunter Valley, Newcastle or Port Stephens While many view health as merely the absence of sickness, we believe that being healthy means functioning at your best in your environment. To achieve this level of elevated physical vitality, we focus on health, medicines and lifestyle. Through our advice, ideas and solutions, we help you gain, maintain and elevate your physical vitality, optimise your medicines, and manage your lifestyle — including diet, weight and pain. Each Health Check-in is delivered as a 45 minute face-to-face consultation at the Wellness Centre Port Stephens. We recommend a Health Check-in consultation at least every 6 months. Available on Fridays.
