When providing goods and services as advice, ideas or solutions, our paramount consideration is always our client's best interests. This is our prime mode of operation. In submitting a Booking Form on this website and by ticking the box for the legal disclaimer in the said form, the client, unequivocally agrees and accepts that any and all actions committed (real or otherwise) by the client (or their proxy) that is deemed to be contrary to our prime mode of operation is solely the client's own responsibility. Therefore, where any and all such misadventure exists, Life Bliss and Life Bliss Advisory, its sole proprietor, its advisors and associates and agents disclaim any and all liability for perpetuity. 

 

In submitting a Booking Form on this website, applying an electronic signature to it or by ticking the box for the legal disclaimer on this website, the client (or their proxy), unequivocally agrees and accepts to all our terms, conditions and methods of operation, which may change from time to time.

 

Clients (and their proxy) and visitors to our website be known that any and all content on this website, including our advice, ideas or solutions offered by way of our products (goods or services), in part or in whole, should not replace consultation and advice of other relevant, qualified and competent professionals and/or their professional recommendations. Since we don't own the means or operations through which such communication occurs, or the means or operations of related financial transactions, Life Bliss and Life Bliss Advisory, its sole proprietor, its advisors and associates and agents disclaim any and all liability for perpetuity in the event of any and all misadventure on the part of others.

We strive to develop and deliver our products (goods or services) to the highest standard. As such, we are always happy to resolve any client dissatisfaction (complaint) with our products in the first instance, when it occurs, or soon thereafter. It remains the client's responsibility to alert us to any perceived or real dissatisfaction on their part, relating to our products or the way our products are delivered (through human interaction, automated systems, artificial intelligence or external providers), including but not limited to related financial transactions, within a reasonable time (i.e. within 14 days) - so we may address such issues in a timely and efficient manner, without any undue cost to us. If more than 14 days have elapsed since the event of the client's dissatisfaction, then we will continue to abide by Australian Consumer Law where applicable, but disclaim any and all liability for perpetuity for not having had the opportunity to resolve the client's dissatisfaction within a reasonable time as stated.
